He was just too awestruck by Obama's magnificent presence to notice the enormous teleprompter. He couldn't see the forest for the trees. You can't expect a liberal to notice little things like bonus protection clauses in an 1100 page bill, the 9th and 10th Amendment, zero Republican House votes and only 3 Republican Senate votes on the budget he "inherited", and Obama's sputtering answers to impromptu questions. There's no way they would notice that every non-pre-selected questioner at his Orange County Town Hall was a member of a special interest group which just happened to benefit from one of his policies.
