Important to understand in preparation for Obama’s press conference. Keep these numbers in mind while you listen to TOTUS, won’t you?

I want to thank my good friend Joey for sending this interesting little tid-bit to me. I’m going to show you two different media articles and I want you to tell me if you detect any media bias whatsoever. You might have to look carefully, you might not recognize it right away, but please, take a look, evaluate this very thoughtfully, and tell me if any sort of hidden agenda jumps out at you, okay?

Exhibit A: CNN’s Political Ticker is a sort of twitter for CNN journalists. I present Bill Schneider’s Political Ticker entry from 8:19PM on March 24, 2009, the night of President Obama’s press conference. It was posted while Bill Schneider was attending the very press conference he’s referring to, so yes, he was in the same exact room.

Exhibit B: An article from Fox News. If you’re skeptical of Fox News, don’t worry, I’m not asking you trust what they wrote. Check it out, it’ll all make sense and you won’t have any doubts, I promise. Just see if what you see there jives with what Mr. Schneider had to say about his own experience at the press conference.

Did you catch the disparity? Click “More” for my conclusions, because I just don’t want to spoil the surprise if you haven’t already figured it out.

Talk About a Low Blow!

During his first post-election press conference, Obama made an off-the-cuff remark about Nancy Reagan, further proving that he’s an absolute incompetent imbecile without his teleprompter.

When asked about consulting with former Presidents, Obama had this to say: “In terms of speaking to former presidents, I’ve spoken to all of them that are living. Obviously, President Clinton — I didn’t want to get into a Nancy Reagan thing about, you know, doing any séances.”

Eesh, and I thought the Democrat’s whole thing about electing one of their own is that we’d actually have an eloquent, intelligent, and “sensitive” President for a change. Whoops, seems like they’ve already blown that one, he isn’t even President yet. Hell, he couldn’t even get through his very first press conference as President-Elect. Wow, this is gonna be fun…

For what it’s worth, he did apologize to Nancy Reagan shortly thereafter. But come on, talk about a low blow. For the umpti-umpth time, he’s let something else slip that he shouldn’t have once he goes off script.
